Our DNSBL protects the Cyberlogic Network from incoming email from undesired sources (ie mail relay). These sources have often sent SPAM or VIRUS emails to Cyberlogic customers and resulted in a complaint. This list also defines sources in abuse of Cyberlogic Terms of Service & Network Policies. To request removal of an IP from our DNSBL:
- Cyberlogic Customer: Please call our Internet Services Team to request removal. Requests are processed immediately.
- Non-Customer: Please use the BlackList Lookup Tool and submit an appeal. Requests are processed within 15 days (more or less).
Important Note. All appeal requests from the BlackList Lookup Tool will be logged and the IP information will be kept in our appeal database. Sources may be re-listed if new complaints are received or new abuse instances are identified. Sources being relisted will be marked with minimum listing periods (not withstanding removal request from customers and non-customers policies above). In case of an emergency, a non-customer request can be processed quicker through our Emergency response Page (fees may apply).
